Our Mission
Legado exists to help you build, or rebuild, the legacy God intended for you. We aim to bring restoration to hearts and minds through the truth and application of Scripture.
We value the sanctity of God-given community, and prioritize discipleship. We believe it is not just one person's job to spread the Gospel, but that we have all been commissioned to go out and be the hands and feet of Jesus everywhere we go.

Our Vision
The vision of Legado is to see all generations step into their Spiritual Inheritance. Inspired by Joshua 1:6, we see families being restored, generational curses broken off, and generational blessings being poured out.

What We Believe
We hold to the historic Christian faith as revealed in Scripture and summarized in the great creeds of the Church. Below are the core convictions that shape everything we do at Legado.
We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God — the final rule for faith and practice.
2 Timothy 3:16–17We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — co-equal and co-eternal.
Matthew 28:19 · Deuteronomy 6:4We believe in the full deity and humanity of Jesus Christ — His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, and promised return.
John 1:1–14 · 1 Corinthians 15:3–4We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit — who convicts, regenerates, indwells, and empowers every believer.
Acts 2:38 · John 16:13We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone — not by works, but as the free gift of God.

Meet the Team
Legado Church is led by a team of people who believe deeply in the mission God has called us to. We are pastors, worshippers, servants, and community builders — united by a shared conviction that legacy matters.
We met in Los Angeles in 2014 and have been married since 2017. We have 5 children and love going to the zoo, museums, or having game nights together as a family. We’ve lived in San Diego since 2022, and we’re convinced it’s the best city in the world! One of our favorite things to do is go grab a coffee with friends and just talk about what God has been doing in our lives. Doing ministry as a family is so rewarding, and we love watching our kids fall in love with Jesus.
